  Migrated a Magento 1 monolith to a headless Magento 2 architecture on GraphCommerce and shipped it in February 2024 — data and module porting, interface design, testing, rollout.

• platform

  Tune and scale the managed cluster behind it: Apache, PHP-FPM, MySQL, Redis and OpenSearch. Monitoring and incident response when it misbehaves.

• pricing

  Designed and built the company-wide price monitoring system — a Laravel backend with Python scrapers covering more than 40,000 pages a day, a Vue 3 interface for configuration and reporting, and automated repricing pipelines that write back into Magento over REST. Runs on GCP and DigitalOcean.

  Smaller Go services around the edges: real-time search suggestions on RediSearch, and a translation API built as a proof of concept.
